- Reduced staff time on customer support tasks by 1,493 days
- Saved the Trust $268,923 in community feedback collection costs
- Visitors who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders were represented through our platform by 33% above the national average
- Increased visitor satisfaction survey completions significantly, surpassing the previous year's total in just one month
