- Understand visitors' motivations for coming to the rivers and how they travelled there

Project Outcomes:
- So far saved 29 staff days by automating the feedback process, eliminating the need for manual data collection
- 47% of users reported that the rivers were clean during their visit
- Users provided insights on why they didn’t feel safe in the water, mentioning concerns such as pollution and tidal conditions
