Project Outcomes:
- Prior to engagement, 63% of users were unaware that they could access flood warning information on GOV.UK, 81% did not know that the Lincolnshire coast was man-made, and 80% of users had not signed up for flood warnings
- As a result, the agency can refine communication strategies to target key knowledge gaps, make more informed decisions and continually improve public communication around flood resilience
- For “Hello Lincolnshire Coast”, these insights have contributed to saving 277.57 days of staff time
